Lecture series “Connexió amb el patrimoni de Palma. Llull, Cort i els castells” Lecture by Luis Salvador Moll Fernández-Figares, member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain. Luis Moll Fernández-Fígares belongs to the Special Corps of Legal Counsel of the Community of Madrid. Among other posts, he has served as chief legal counsel of the Madrid Housing Institute; head of the Civil and Criminal Law Department of the Community of Madrid; and head of Legal Services at the Regional Ministry of Transport, Housing and Infrastructure. He holds a doctorate in Law from Universidad San Pablo CEU. He teaches at the Local Administration School of the Community of Madrid and at the Madrid Institute of Public Administration. He is director of the National Congress of Legal Counsel of Public Administrations. He is the author of several publications and has spoken at conferences in law, anthropology and economics. He currently serves as director of Legal Services and secretary of the Board of Madrid Digital, and is president of the Higher Council of Legal Counsel of the Autonomous Communities.
