Camí cap a la independència… how to help our children grow with confidence and self-esteem. Moments such as leaving nappies behind, giving up the dummy or bottle, learning to sleep and dress alone… are crucial stages in children’s growth and psychophysical development. Our babies are starting to grow up, and parents can help them through each stage day by day — calmly, confidently, and in a way that feels satisfying, autonomous and happy. Parents should experience their children’s growth without fear and as a great adventure: that is how we help them mature, feel secure in themselves and build healthy self-esteem.
