The Grönholm Method | Theatre at Auditorium Palma 2026

Seen by more than 2 million people Staged in over 60 countries — MAX Award for Best Theatre Text The Grönholm Method is a sharp satire of modern job interviews. Four candidates for a senior role at a prestigious multinational walk into the ultimate test — an unconventional procedure known as the Grönholm Method. Together they face a series of cruel “games” based on real hiring techniques. The absurd tasks invented by the company’s psychologists turn into a battle with almost no limit to ruthlessness. The first twist: one of the four is already an employee — and the others must figure out who. That is only the spark. Games and traps keep coming, forcing each character to confess intimate details of their life, while the others decide whether those confessions are true or just a strategy to win the job. With raw humour, the play mirrors an age of unemployment and precarious work, where the hunger for a contract can erase humanity and turn applicants into puppets. How far would you go for the job of your dreams? Saturday, 10 October 2026 18:30 €32
