2nd Edition — UIB Cybersecurity Chair Awards

The Cybersecurity Chair of the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) opens the second edition of awards for undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students whose work is in cybersecurity, to support young people’s careers and academic excellence. The Chair awards: A first and second prize for the best Final Degree Projects (TFG) submitted in academic year 2025–26, with prizes of €500 and €250. One prize for a Master’s Final Project (TFM) or Doctoral Thesis submitted in academic year 2025–26, with a prize of €800. Applicants must complete the registration form and attach: Short CV (max. 1 page). Academic transcript showing the grade of the TFG, TFM or Doctoral Thesis. Summary of the TFG, TFM or Doctoral Thesis including hypothesis, objectives, methodology and conclusions (max. 2,000 words). Full TFG, TFM or Doctoral Thesis memorandum in PDF. Optional outreach video of the TFG, TFM or Doctoral Thesis (max. 3 minutes). Deadline for applications: 4 October 2026 at 00:00.
