The show we’ve created is a COCKTAIL OF IDEAS, GENRES, LAUGHS and WILD TURNS — but the result will surely share the same goal that led us to produce it: HAVING FUN. “WE’VE HAD A LOT OF FUN SO WE CAN ENTERTAIN THE AUDIENCE” From here, maybe it’s better if a critic — or the audience that comes to see us — defines the show. TRESTIAS is a disconcerting, nocturnal, uninhibited, natural, comic show… much more than a spectacle: a collective catharsis. Through light, fresh numbers and irony-packed monologues, the protagonists show a reality with a rakish, sophisticated style. It answers the need for intelligent humour made by powerful women, and it is a tribute to freedom, the body and the ability to laugh at yourself while you dance or sing as if no one were watching.
