Virginia Riezu Palma 2026 | Poderío at Auditorium Mallorca

Virginia Riezu returns to the stage with Poderío — a show with the name of a copla and a political-emotional core. The classic Spanish folk stars knew how to take centre stage, own the room and never apologise. This show does the same. Poderío is a monologue about every time we’ve been taken for fools — and about the power that appears when we stop apologising for who we are. After years of calling out the judgement aimed at women in comedy, Virginia turns the gaze inward: high sensitivity, life experience, well-aimed bite, and emotional intelligence without the sugar-coating. She talks about relationships, age, beauty pressure, Ozempic, motherhood and choosing not to mother, fertility clinics, egg donation, housing, cystitis, menstrual cups — and crying at yoghurt ads… All of it through humour, without solemnity or moralising. Because sensitivity is not weakness. And because laughing together is also a form of power. Of poderío. Language: Spanish Saturday, 23 January 2027 20:00 €18
