Fòrum Dona Avança: connect and move forward

Sometimes a conversation opens a door. A shared idea becomes an opportunity. And a reflection can change how we look at things — and how we move forward. Fòrum Dona Avança exists to make those moments possible: a space to share experiences, discover new perspectives, build connections and open opportunities. The Institut Balear de la Dona, in collaboration with the Cambra de Comerç de Mallorca, organises this day to bring together women from different fields and pool experiences, knowledge and viewpoints on entrepreneurship, professional development and the role of women in the economy and business. A day to reflect, with inspiring voices such as Alba Cardalda, psychologist and author of _Cómo mandar a la mierda de forma educada_ and _Cómo dejar de ser tu peor enemigo_. She will invite us to look inward and talk about the importance of setting boundaries and learning to dialogue with yourself. There will also be space to share and raise awareness, through a sensitisation panel on gender-based violence, and to hear other experiences and perspectives from the business world in a round table focused on women, business and opportunities. And above all, there will be space to connect.…
